Baptism Cake

                 

This 4 tier baptism cake was for my dear daughter, Aria Sofia.  The cake flavors that I used were orange creamsicle cake with orange creamsicle buttercream and moist chocolate cake with almond buttercream and filled with chocolate Bavarian cream.

Topsy Turvy Cake

This pink and black topsy turvy cake for a 30th birthday is decorated with zebra patterns and pink & black polka dots.  It is made with moist chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream frosting.

Pink Cake w/ Black Swirls

The black swirls on this beautiful cake was hand piped using royal icing.  The cake flavor is red velvet with cream cheese frosting.

Zebra & Polka Dots Cake

This 40th birthday cake is adorned with pink polka dots and a zebra print ribbon.  It's also accented with a pink lipstick and eye shadow on the side (all made with fondant).  It is a vanilla cake filled with strawberry filling.

Floral Buttercream Cake

This simple, yet adorable floral cake was for my dearest mother-in-law.  It is an almond cake covered with almond buttercream.  The flowers and leaves are hand piped using colored almond buttercream.  White sugar pearls are used to accent the yellow flowers.

Inside the cake, there are 2 layers of Guava filling and a layer of almond buttercream in the middle. Yum!

My Little Pony Cake & Cupcakes

This adorable My Little Pony Cake is a simple Vanilla cake w/ Vanilla buttercream.  Each layer of the cake are 3 different colors: purple, turquoise and pink to have that extra wow factor when they cut into the cake.

Just like the cake, the cupcakes were also layered with 3 different colors.  It's my first time trying this rainbow effect and I loved the way it turned out.

The cupcakes were also Vanilla with Vanilla buttercream and sprinkled with rainbow sanding sugar.  They are topped with these cute My Little Pony plastic ring toppers.
