Monkey 1st Birthday Cake

This colorful monkey cake is made with almond cake soaked with brandy and it is filled with almond buttercream frosting.

Pocoyo Cake

Pocoyo First Birthday cake.  Made with home made Funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream.

Pocoyo and Friends: Elly (elephant), Sleepy Bird, Pato (yellow duck), and Loula (puppy).  All hand made out of gum paste.

Michael Kors Purse Cake

I was really excited to make this Michael Kors purse cake.  It is a simple vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream.  Cake is covered with white fondant.  I used gum paste for all the purse's details such as the MK logo, handle, and zipper.

Baby Shower Cake

This light blue and green polka dot baby shower cake is topped with an adorable stroller and accented with a blue bow.  It is a vanilla cake filled with raspberry filling.  

91st Birthday Cake

This colorful and cute cake are for 2 special ladies that are celebrating their 91st birthday. It is a moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate Bavarian cream.  It is frosted with almond buttercream and then covered with fondant.  The flowers are made out of fondant and the piped accents were done using royal icing.

Gangnam Style Cupcakes

So far, this has been my favorite cupcake project.  The celebrants wife found a picture of these Gangnam Style cupcakes online and asked me to replicate them for her husband.  I was so excited and was ready for the challenge.  I was very pleased with the final product. 

These Gangnam Style cupcakes are vanilla with chocolate frosting.  All the decorations are completely edible and were hand made using fondant.  I used and edible black marker with the finer details such as Psy's mouth, the writing and the music notes.

Batman Cake

This Batman cake is yellow cake with buttercream.  The cake is covered in buttercream and decorated with fondant appliqués.  I used an edible black marker to draw the Batman logo and write the action flash words.
